Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. This ensures a safe and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Outdoor events can be hosted for an additional fee. Otherwise, access is limited to registered guests only.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors, away from open doors and windows, and must safely dispose of all materials. Ashtrays are available in the welcome cabinet below the mirror in the kitchen.
We’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests when possible, but we can’t guarantee them in advance. Our cleaning team needs time to prepare the home between guests. You’re welcome to ask — we’ll let you know closer to your stay if it’s doable.
